PTFD Strategic Plan

Plain Township has completed a Fire Department strategic plan process to help guide the department’s operations and priorities. The Strategic Plan Summary includes five priorities with goals and outcomes to serve the community. A community survey and stakeholder meetings provided valuable insight for this process. Thanks to all the residents and stakeholders who participated in this process.
