On the afternoon of June 3, 2026, Plain Township broke ground on its second fires station at 7373 New Albany Condit Road. With the support of our residents, partners, and elected officials, and a generous land donation from The New Albany Company, we are grateful to celebrate the groundbreaking for Fire Station 122. This station was strategically located as part of our 2023 Master Plan and included in the 2024 fire levy request. Our trustees, fire chiefs, and administration are excited to begin this project.
Located in north New Albany on State Route 605 at New Albany Road East, Station 122 will improve our emergency response capabilities and service coverage for a growing community. Thanks to the many community partners and residents who joined us for this wonderful event. We appreciate all of you!
