Plain Township is looking for its next Assistant Fire Chief to serve Plain Township and the City of New Albany. The salary is set at $131,539 plus the township picks up the full 12.25% of the Ohio Police & Fire Pension employee contribution – valued at $16,114 – and paid as a fringe benefit. Medical, Vision, Dental, and short-term disability insurance are provided along with a Health Reimbursement Account and life insurance. Benefits include 11 paid holidays and 130 hours of sick leave annually. An Assistant Chief take-home vehicle will be provided.
